WHAT can be returned?
No returns without prior authorization. No returns on electrical or electronic parts. No returns on special orders. Restocking charge will apply to returned parts & supplies. Minimum order will apply.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items should be returned to our main office at 216 5th Street Beverly, Ohio 45715 unless other arrangements have been made.
HOW do customers return items?
Items can only be returned with a copy of your invoice.
SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.
Packing materials?
Items must be in original box.
